How to get your data
Export is available inside the BalanceMitra app. Open Profile → Download Data to generate cashbook CSV reports, or open a cashbook and use Export PDF statement.
For help with an export, email support@balancemitra.com from the address on your account.
What we can provide
- Cashbook and transaction history associated with your account
- Profile details you have saved
- Confirmation when account deletion has been completed
