BalanceMitra is an expense management app that lets you keep community cashbooks, split group bills, and track balances with friends, all in one place.

BalanceMitra is launching soon. At launch you can use the core features without a paid subscription. Any optional paid features will be shown clearly in the app and on the store listing.

After signing up, tap the "+" button on the Cashbooks tab. Give it a name and optionally invite members with an invite code or a direct contact invite.

Yes. Entries you add offline are saved on your phone and sync automatically to the cloud when your device reconnects to the internet.

Open your cashbook, tap the members icon, then "Invite". You can share an invite code or invite a contact. The invited person will see the book after they sign up or accept.

Create or join a split group, add an expense, and choose how to split it: equally, by exact amounts, by percentage, or by shares. BalanceMitra works out who owes whom. Settle up when you are ready.

Yes. Open Friends, pick a friend, and add an expense between the two of you. Their balance also includes what you share in groups, so you see one number per person.

Yes. Open Profile → Download Data for CSV reports, or open a cashbook and export a PDF statement for any date range. Files can be shared straight from the app.

Yes. We use AWS infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Your data is stored in India (Mumbai region) and is not sold to third parties. You can also turn on App lock to protect the app with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN.

Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app. Your login is deleted immediately. If you cannot open the app, follow balancemitra.com/delete-account or email support@balancemitra.com from your account address. We complete that within 30 days after verifying it is you. Shared cashbook and split entries stay for other members with a placeholder name.

Android and iOS, launching soon on Google Play and the App Store. Leave your email on the home page to hear the day it is out. Your data lives in the cloud, so it carries over when you switch devices.
